今日はプチ断食

今日は一日プチ断食☆

サプリだけしか摂りません。

飲むのはお茶だけです。

昔はよくやってたけど　最近やってなかったし

ここんとこお菓子やらご飯やら　むしゃむしゃ食べ過ぎて

体が重いので

プチ断食です　＾＾

 

昨日は渡辺篤史の建もの探訪のような気分で

Ｓちゃんちの新居に行ってきましたが

あまりにもすごいので

今日アップするのはやめときます（笑）

代わりに・・というか

晩ごはんシリーズで失礼します。。。

　

朝　バケットでフレンチトーストを焼きました。

ガーリックトーストにするつもりだったんだけど

気がついたらカチカチに。。。＾＾；

食パンで作るより　バケットで作る方が好き♪

mireの朝ごはん　ニコちゃんオムレツ

カタチが悪くてごめんなさい。。。

　

ばあばが公民館で作ってきた　ばら寿司

今回はイマイチ。。。

みんなばら寿司にはうるさい一家なので

ダメ出しが厳しいです　＞＜

裏山の畑の土筆を　ばあばが煮ました。

これのおかげで　リビングにいるだけで喉が痛くなりました。。。

　

冷蔵庫にあるもので　焼きカレーパスタとトムヤムクン

市販のカレールウと　バリで買い貯めするトムヤムペーストで

簡単晩ごはんです。

　

みんなが大好きな　水菜と牛肉のさっと煮

うちの水菜　おいしいんです♪

これも大好きな　ネギぬた

やっすーの好きな　モ貝を煮て　入れました。

どっちかっていうと　タコのほうが好き　＾＾

　

菜の花のごまとおかか和え

まだまだ当分　菜の花が楽しめますね♪

mireの大好きな　ブリの照り焼き

これと炊きたてのごはんは最高よね～　＞ｖ＜

　

かぼちゃとさつまいものシチュー

大根やにんじんも入れました。

うちは牛乳をたっぷり使います。

パプリカとタコの青じそマリネは

たっこにんにくとオリーブオイルでさっとソテーして

マリネ液で和えるだけ。

青じそドレッシングとバルサミコと

青じそをすり鉢で細かくしたものをまぜた　簡単マリネ液です。

じいじのお昼ごはん

牛肉とお豆腐の青じそにんにく醤油どんぶり

作りおきしている青じそにんにく醤油とみりんを少し入れ

ほんのり甘く味付けしました。

お豆腐はぐちゃっとつぶした方が　味が染みます　＾＾

これは実験お昼ごはん（笑）

豚肉とキャベツのおから炒め

おからの空炒りして　豚肉を炒め

ざく切りキャベツを投入。

青じそにんにく醤油とみりんで味付けしただけの

簡単メニューです　＾＾

本当はおからは入れる予定じゃなかったけど

実験実験～♪♪

これはおいしいです！　おからが苦手な方も

これなら食べられるんじゃないかな？？？

にんにくも香りで食欲も増し　お肉も入ってるから

ボリュームも満点☆

あつあつごはんと一緒にどーぞ！

バターをいれてもおいしいと思います♪

今度はこれにパスタでも入れてみようかな　＾ｍ＾

うちの家族が聞いたら大笑いするか鼻で笑いますよ　＾＾；

違いのわかる女・・・・なんか珈琲のＣＭみたい（笑）
いやいや、わかりますよ♪　体が軽いです。なんか頭も冴えます。
私の場合は・・だと思いますけどね　＾＾；
バリに住んでいた時は　ベジタリアン生活を続けていました。
その時の方が体の調子はよかったような気がします　＾＾

でも　次の日　いきなりいろいろガツガツ食べちゃいけません。
お腹がびっくりして　動けなくなります。
少しずつ軽いものを食べて　普段の食事に戻ります。
あらさん　どう？　ダンスにもいいかもしれませんよ♪

サプリは　ダイエットサプリと　花粉症のサプリなの。
花粉症の薬飲んでないけど　これは毎年この時期飲んでます。
このサプリとマスクで　花粉症の症状が軽い♪♪

ダイエットサプリは　ちょっと体が重い時に数日飲んでる。。。
あんまり効果はないかもね　＾＾；

ほんと　こんなにも沢山の家庭料理　本当にいつもながらすごい！です♪

実は料理中　咽が痛くなるのって　知りませんでした！
