ステーキ手巻き寿司といろいろ晩ごはん

今日はおススメの

ちょっと変わった手巻き寿司をご紹介♪

ぜひ作ってみてください　＾＾

この日はお刺身コーナーに

いいネタがなかったんだけど

もう酢飯は出来ているので　メニュー変更不可　＞＜

で　代わりに　ジャイアント馬場の足の裏みたいなサイズの

安～～～～～い　オージービーフを買ってみました　＾＾

たしか１枚300円ぐらいだったはず（笑）

（Ｋさん　レジで会ったよね　＾＾；　あの日の晩ごはんです。。。）

本当ははちみつとかコーラに漬けこんで・・・ってやると

お肉が柔らかくなるんだけど

そんな時間はないので

お塩と黒コショウふって「てっきゅう」で網焼きすると

安いお肉もおいしくいただけます♪

が、しかし！

あまりにも慌てていて　なぜかフライパンで焼いてしまいました　＞＜

こういうお肉は焼き過ぎ注意ですよ～！！

そのお肉をメインのネタにして

手巻きずしをたべました　＾＾

（ホントは網焼き）ステーキとネギとわさびを少々

これにおいしいお醤油をちょこっとつけてパクリ☆

ぜひぜひやってみてください♪

お刺身がダメな方も　これなら手巻きは楽しめそうじゃない？？

他にも　キムチ納豆　　エビマヨ＋青じそ　などなど

おいしくいただきました♪

手巻きは　何をどんだけ巻こうが　ごちゃごちゃ干渉せず

好きなものを巻いて食べればいいんです♪

ばあばみたいに「mire　野菜もいれんと！」

「きゅうり入れてあげようか？」

「お肉とまぐろ？そんなん合わんじゃろ～？」

なんて　いちいち突っ込まないであげてください。。。

楽しくたべられません。

ネタと酢飯が残ったら

朝ごはんは　海鮮丼。

って言ってもちょっとしょぼい海鮮丼（笑）

じいじのために作ったのに・・・

溜息ついて　サッポロ一番味噌ラーメンの袋を

ごそごそ探していましたぁぁ　＞＜

どう思います？？　ひどすぎるよ～～！！（怒）

で、これは私のおひるごはんになりました（涙）

うちの畑でとれた白菜の上で

一生懸命ツンツンつっついてる子　発見　＾＾

あなたちょっと最近調子に乗りすぎじゃない？？

そのうち誰かのお尻の下敷きになって

ぺちゃんこになっても知らん知らん。。。

やっすーとばあばが

伊里漁港のカキ祭りに行ってきました。

カキ祭りで「備前バーガー」を食べたそうですが

美味しかったみたいです♪

最近いろんなご当地バーガーが登場してますね～

うちの町内も作ればいいのに。。。

って、イ草バーガーじゃ　ちょとねぇ。。。＾＾；

で

この日はうちでもカキ祭り☆

せっきーちゃんとみっほーも来たけど

のりくんは前日の「はだか祭り」で　お疲れのため欠席。。。

レンジでチンして　レモンを絞って・・・

ていうか～　今時の電子レンジは　チン♪っていいませんけど。。。＾＾；

私は最近やっとカキが食べられるようになりましたが

ずっと一番嫌いな食べ物がカキでした　＞＜

この人も　同じく　カキが苦手

とりあえず真剣にほじくってみるだけ。。。

「うわ～～～　なんか出てきたぁぁ！」

そんな　中身を見たら無理無理～～！

　

こ河豚とたっこにんにくの唐揚げ　　　たいらぎ貝のお刺身

　

酢飯の残りで手毬寿司　　　　菜の花和え

みんな大好きな　ぬた

この日は「ネギぬた」です♪

一番好きなのは　タコの入った　わけぎのぬた　＾ｍ＾

ボウル一杯　食べたい（笑）

このホタテに

ノックアウトされた私。。。

人生初のホタテでしたが

噛んだ瞬間　倒れそうでした（笑）

おいしくないだのキモいだの文句を言うと　またばあばに叱られそうだったので

久々に　人間ってこんなに我慢できるんだね　っていうくらい

我慢して　ゴックンしました（汗）（汗）

その後ずっと偏頭痛。。。

もう死んでも食べません。

私はサーロインやＴボーンより　ヒレが好きだから
あんまり脂がさしてないほうがいいので　お安いオージーで
充分おいしくいただいてます（笑）
