今日は暖かいですね

いや　暑いくらいです。

お天気のいい　ポカポカ陽気で

久々に洗濯物がよく乾きそうです。

あちこちで見かけるようになった

こんなにかわいいのに

mireは怖くて触れません。。。

　

日曜日は　お墓に行ってきました。

毎年お彼岸前に　３人でお墓の掃除・草取りをします。

一昨年のお墓掃除は　忘れもしません。。。

mireが入院したんですよ～

草取りは面倒だけど

mireも一年生になると　ちゃんと一人前に役に立つ♪

意外と早く掃除も済みました。

そうそう、今日3月16日は

かわいいかわいい妹　みっほーの誕生日。

かわいい３４歳おめでとう☆

みんなでお祝いしてあげるから

誕生日ケーキ持って遊びにきてね（笑）

そして　同じく今日お誕生日の

両国の美人女将　トラちゃん　＾＾

それから　フィギュアの高橋大輔くんも

今日がお誕生日らしいです。

みんな　おめでとう☆

 そして今日　バリ島は一年に一度の

Nyepi ニュピ　の日

一日何もしてはいけない日です。

飛行機も飛んでいません。

すべてのお店は休み

道を歩いてもダメ！

しーーーーんと静まり返った　バリ島

静寂の一日です。

もちろん　ヒンズー教徒だけではなく

バリにいる　イスラム教徒や仏教徒

観光客もすべて　外へ出られない一日。

明かりも極力制限されているので

外は真っ暗闇です。

 

仕事をしてはいけない日なんだけど

アグンは今頃一生懸命　明日送る荷物のパッキングと

インボイスを作成中だろうなぁ　＾＾；

ニュピなのに・・・ほんとによく働いてくれます♪♪

それに比べて私は・・・・

先日行った　木々珈琲舎で

朝からおいしいモーニング♪

楽しいおしゃべりは尽きず

あっという間の約２時間でした☆

また誘ってくださ～い　＾＾

プチ断食したおかげかどうかわかりませんが

ちょっと食べただけでお腹が一杯　＾＾；

普段なら　もうちょっと食べたいくらいなのに

これだけでお腹が苦しかったです。

昨日も食事は腹６分目ぐらいで抑えたし

体は確かに軽い気がします。

お若い皆さま

３０過ぎると　体脂肪が落ちにくくなります。

そして　４０がくると　もう落ちませんよ～　＾＾；

早いうちにどうにかしとかないと

私みたいになるんだから～（笑）

　

最近ずっと毎日飲んでいる

蒲南茶荘さんの　桜花

なんとうちのチョコちゃんも

このお茶の美味しさがわかるらしい☆

他のお煎茶は飲まないのに

桜花だけは飲むんです。

不思議。。。。。

これは本当に不思議なんですけど
お水やビール、お酒の時は　なんでも飲みに来るんです。
で、緑茶は私の飲んでいる桜花には必ず飛んでくるのに
ばあばとじいじが飲んでいる他のお茶には　飛んで行かないんです。。。
なんで？？？わかるんですかね～～？？？
今日も飲みに来ましたよ♪　熱いと飲まないんだけど
