ラスクを作ろう☆

昨日買った

長～い　フランスパン

これでおいしいおやつを作ります♪

本当はフレンチトーストを作ろうと思って

買ったフランスパン。

やっぱりラスクを作ることにしました　＾＾

7mmぐらいの厚さに切って

焦げ目はつけないように

110°のオーブンで　カリッとなるまで焼きます。

マーガリンにメープルシロップを混ぜて

パンに塗り　グラニュー糖をたっぷりつけます。

私がマーガリンを塗り

mireが上手に　グラニュー糖をつけてくれました。

また110°のオーブンで　じっくり焼きます。

焼いたら冷まして出来上がり☆

メープルシロップの　甘い香りが

キッチンに広がります♪

こっちは　マーガリンにシナモンをたっぷり混ぜ込んで

パンに塗ったもの。

同じように　グラニュー糖をつけますが

グラニュー糖にもちょっとだけシナモンを混ぜています。

　　

明日のバレンタイン用に

きれいにラッピングして

出来上がり～～～☆

サクサクの　メープルラスクとシナモンラスク

簡単でおいしいおやつです　＾＾

おやつと言えば・・・・

じいじがもらってきた

Kabayaの　生キャラメル

これ

ヤバいです（笑）

一見　パンの上に塗る

生キャラメルクリームかと思いきや

ペロンとはがして食べる

やわらかーい　生キャラメルでした。

これは　かなりウマい！

シートからきれいにはがれるし

口どけも良くて　おいしい　＾＾♪

今日は夕方から　向江縫製さんへ行ってきました。

向江縫製の社長さんは　革に関してはプロの職人さん♪

バッグ２点の修理をしてもらいました。

簡単な修理は私でも出来るのですが

難しいものや　専門的な道具が必要な場合は

いつも　向江縫製さんにお願いしています。

あ　あれれ？？

kaorimaxちゃんのブログに遊びに行ったことがある方は

もちろんmaxくんは　ご存じのはず☆

ささみジャーキーを目の前にして

よだれだらけのmaxくんです　＾ｍ＾

kaorimaxちゃんにもらった

「甘党の店　やまと」の　おはぎ♪

ほどよい甘さの粒あんが　とってもおいしかったです。

mireは　お腹いっぱい晩ごはんを食べたのに

甘いものは別腹みたい　＾＾；

きなこのおはぎを　ぺロリ♪

「よー食べたわー　＞ｖ＜」と

スカートめくって　たぬきみたいなポンポコリンなお腹をなでなで♪

まるでおっさんです（笑）

今朝の新聞に載っていた記事。

岡山（玉野市宇野）と香川（高松）を結ぶ宇高航路

宇高国道フェリーと四国フェリーが

来月26日で廃止になるそうです。

瀬戸大橋のＥＴＣ割引利用が増え

フェリーの利用客が激減したことや

原油高で経営が圧迫されたことが原因だそうです。

瀬戸大橋がなかった頃は　このフェリーに乗らないと

高松へは行けませんでした。

子供の頃　フェリーに乗って

夏休みに　家族で屋島水族館へ行ったこと

お友達と高松の商店街へお買い物に行ったこと

たくさんたくさん思い出があります。

フェリーのデッキで　潮風にあたりながら

「あの島はなんていう島？」

「あれが鬼が島じゃろ？」

小さい頃は　フェリーに乗るのも

楽しいイベントの一つで

前の日はわくわくして　なかなか眠れませんでした。

写真を撮ったり　フェリーの中を探検したり

たくさんたくさん思い出があります。

そのフェリーが　もうすぐなくなってしまう。。。

寂しいですね。

廃止されるまでに　もう一度フェリーに乗って

高松に遊びに行くことにしました。

フェリーに乗って　デッキから見える景色を

この目に焼き付けておこうと思います。

実は数年前までフェリー通勤していたので…。
