簡単すぎる ガトーショコラ

久しぶりに
ガトーショコラを焼きました。

板チョコ3枚と卵3個だけの
簡単レシピです。
今回はガーナブラックを使いました。

チョコを削り湯煎で溶かし
卵黄を加えてよく混ぜておき
卵白をしっかり泡立ててメレンゲに。
生地にメレンゲを3回にわけて
サクッと混ぜ込み
型に流し170度で30分焼く。

ね？簡単すぎるでしょ？ (*^_^*)

冷めたらもっと低くなっちゃうけど
濃厚でしっとりとした
おいしいガトーショコラになりますよ♫


仕上げは粉砂糖をふってね。
