バリのおやつ* ＋今日は終業式

お供え用のお菓子作り

 

今日はバリで食べたお菓子をご紹介♪

味の説明が難しいですが

よかったら見てください　＾＾

上の写真でお母さんが作っているのは

ジャジョウ・サブン

直訳すると　石鹸菓子（笑）

石鹸入ってないけどね　＾＾

米粉とグラメラ（黒糖）を水で練り

火を通したものを

バナナの葉の上に薄く伸ばします。

これを天日干しして

折りたたんだら　出来上がり☆

市場で売っているのは　カチカチで

ぜんぜん美味しくないんだけど

お母さんが作るジャジョウ・サブンは

もちっとした食感で　甘さも程よく

何個でも食べられます♪

ばあばは　このお母さんの作るお菓子が大好きで

いつも「お母さんに」ってお土産をもらうんだけど

今回は　これを持って帰りました。

日持ちするので　ばあばは毎日１コずつ大切に食べています。

これも　お母さん手作りの

タッペー

日本の甘酒に似ています。

これを絞った汁が　ブレム（ライスワイン）です。

このタッペーもおいしかった☆

テーボトルと菓子パン

 

Teh Botol　テーボトルは

甘～～いジャスミンティーで

 クセがあるので　苦手な日本人も多い。

逆にこの独特のお線香っぽい香りがヤミツキになって

好んでこれを飲む日本人も　いたりする　＾＾

私は初めてこれを飲んだ時

気持ち悪くて仕方がなかった　＞＜

まるで　お線香を口の中に入れている感じ。。。

仕事でいろんな工房やお店をまわる度に

お茶を出してくれるんだけど

時々　このテーボトルが登場することもあり

飲まないのは失礼なので　我慢して何度か飲んでいるうちに

飲めるようになりました　＾＾；

でもやっぱりそんなに好きではない味。。。

だいたい甘い飲み物が　好きじゃないので

この甘さは　逆に喉が渇きます。。。

お土産に買った　BAKPAO バッパオ

肉まんです　＾＾

チキンまん　豚まん　豚まん（うずら卵入り）　チョコまん

子供に人気なのは　やっぱりチョコまん♪

 

おやつを紹介って書いたのはいいけど

よく考えたら　そんなにおやつを食べていなかった　＾＾；

これだけじゃ寂しいので

前回食べたおやつも載せます♪

Pisan goreng　ピサンゴレン

バナナフリッターはバリで一番よく売れているおやつかも♪

揚げたては最高です　＾＾

Es Buah　エスブア

ココナッツミルクのシロップに

いろんなフルーツとクラッシュアイスを入れたもの。

こっちは

Es Campur　エスチャンプル

フルーツじゃなくて　タピオカやゼリーが入ったもの。

Rujak　ルジャッ

青いマンゴーをスライスして

グラメラ（黒糖）と唐辛子を水でのばしたタレを

からめて食べます。

これは別名「女の子のおやつ」

これを食べると便秘解消☆

いろんなフルーツのルジャッがあるけど

甘くなくて　渋みと酸味が強い青いマンゴーが

やっぱり一番好き☆

いつも買うだけで　自分は食べない

なんか　バリレポが

ほとんど食べ物ばっかり（笑）

まるで食べ歩きの旅レポみたいです　＾＾；

お仕のことも紹介したいんだけど

ちょっとお客様のこともあり

あんまり紹介できないんですよね。。。

今日のおまけ

今日は前期修業式。

1学期～３学期じゃなくて

前期と後期に分かれているので

なんとも中途半端な　今日が終業式。

もちろんあゆみ（通知表）を持って帰ってきます。

ムフフ　楽しみ　＾ｍ＾

でも、、、、

夜中に喘息が出て　咳が止まらずしんどそうだったmire。

朝もちょっと咳こんでいたので

こどもクリニックへ行って吸入してから登校させるつもりだったのに

「修了式だから遅れたくないんじゃ！」と

登校してしまいました。

 

そうそう

祭太郎さんもブログで書いてたけど

２年生は算数で　リットルを習うんです。

リットルとミリリットルは　いいとして、、、

デシリットルはどうなんでしょう？？

使いますか～？デシリットルって。。。

デシリットル表示をしている飲み物とか調味料なんて

見たことがないです。

私も「あれ？１リットルって何デシリットルだっけ？？？」って

わからなくて　こっそり教科書見ましたよ（笑）

まだ２年生だから算数もみてやれるけど

これが高学年になったら

ちゃんとみてやれるのかどうか・・・・

こっちが先に予習しなくちゃいけませんね　＾＾；

もうすぐ掛け算も始まるので

毎日お風呂で九九を覚えています。

３の段まで覚えたので　今日から４の段。

こればっかりは お経と同じで

覚えるしかありません。。。

 

 覚えるといえば・・・

お手　お替り　お座り　待て　「ワン！」

アデも只今訓練中☆

みーちんとアデの上下関係が気になる、そんな構図の写真ですね。
お互いに手を掛けあっているから、やっぱり姉妹だと思っているのかな？

ブルーは「お手」は教えてないんですよ～、今は信号待ち座れ、と
呼び戻しを完璧にさせたいと思っています。

アデが来た当初は　mireがお姉ちゃんでしたが
今は同等って感じ＾＾；
っていうか　mireの大切なぬいぐるみやカバンをくわえて
走り回るので　泣くのはいつもmireの方です（笑）

うちも「おいで」がわかってないみたいで
これも特訓中。
裏山のうちの畑の横に　犬のしつけ訓練所みたいなのが
オープンするらしく　それにつれて行ってみようかな～。

デシリットル、私もやられました。
ドリルをしていた娘『ママ～、コレあってる？』
私『・・・デシ？（ってなんだっけ？？Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ）』
普段使わないものは、記憶の彼方に追いやってしまっている私。
娘と一緒になって、復習の毎日…。(-ω-ll)
でも、『分数からはママに聞かないで～』と、今から言ってます。
