朝は 御御御付け

朝は一杯のお味噌汁から

 

ごぼうやかぼちゃ　玉ねぎをたっぷり入れて

今朝は豚汁にしてみました。

お味噌汁のことを「御御御付け（おみおつけ）」っていうんですよね

味噌汁の丁寧語だって　知ってますか？？

お味噌汁の具は　ちょっと歯ごたえが残っていて

シャキシャキ感のある　よく噛んで食べるお味噌汁が好き。

お味噌はもちろんばあばの手作り。

どうも　市販のお味噌は

使いなれてないせいか　味が上手くまとまりません。。。。

この　ばあばのおいしいお味噌は

昨日は中華の晩ごはん

麻婆豆腐の春巻きを作ろうと思っていたのに

「麻婆丼にしたいんじゃ～～！」と

ダダをこねる娘のリクエストに答え

春巻きは　普通の具に変更しました。。。

具が多すぎて・・・太っちょ春巻き

麻婆豆腐（ちょっと辛め）

油淋鶏

中華風春雨サラダ

 

春巻きの具は　竹の子　豚肉　エビ　にら　もやし

味付けに　中華だしやＸＯ醤　オイスターソースなどを使用。

麻婆豆腐はもちろん素を使って　ちょっと味をアレンジしています。

油淋鶏はやっすーの大好物♪

白ネギを買うのを忘れたから　畑から青ネギを抜いてきました。

春雨サラダは　オタフクらっきょう酢とごま油だけで味付け　＾＾

とっても簡単で　おいしい中華サラダができますよ♪

手の込んだことなんか　ぜんぜんしてないでしょ（笑）

ブログを読んでくれている人に会うと

よく　「おいしいもんばっかり　食べてるよね～」と言われるんだけど

だいたい冷蔵庫の中の掃除してるようなメニューばっかりで

野菜はほとんど畑でとれるものだし

あちゃらもののおしゃれ～な材料もつかってないし

いたって普通のメニュー

というか

手抜きができるところは　手を抜いてますから。。。。

いや、

抜き過ぎか・・・　＾＾；

この自治会の　グランドゴルフクラブのみなさんから

子供会の子どもたちと

夏休みに　グランドゴルフ大会がやりたい☆

というお話をいただいたんです。

今日はその打ち合わせでおじゃましてきました　＾＾

うちの自治会は　子どもたちより元気で活動的な

おじさんおばさんが多いんです。

もっともっと子どもたちといろんな交流会をしたいと

いろんなことを企画してくれています。

グランドゴルフ大会は　夏休み☆

楽しみですね　＾ｍ＾

今日のお昼は

野菜たっぷりの冷やし中華　＾＾

のはずたったのに・・・・・

じいじが家で仕事　＝　お昼ごはんが必要

ということを　忘れていました　＾＾；

というわけで

私の冷やし中華は　じいじに。。。

＋　おにぎりも追加で。。

 

食べたかたけど　麺が一つしかなかった　＾＾：

 

仕方がないので

ベジタブルグリーンカレーを作りました。

はるさめにかけて　ヌードルスープの出来上がり♪

 

でも　やっぱり冷やし中華が食べたかった　＞＜

近々リベンジです☆

これから子供会の夏祭りの打ち合わせ準備をして・・・

夜は　子供会役員会です。

春巻きの具、ウチではそこに炒り卵を入れます。
友だちがやってたのを真似っこしたんですけど、彩りがよくなります。
ちょっと具材が足りない時のかさ増しにも^^
