超簡単♪ ごま豆腐

引き続きレシピをもう一つ♪

これもリビングガイドに載せてもらった

超簡単な　ごま豆腐☆

これ　絶対やってみてください！

ホントに自分で作ったのか??って疑うほど

おいしいから　＾ｍ＾

作り方も　材料も　シンプルだから

失敗はありません。

＊　材料　（大きめタッパー１つ分）　＊

白練りゴマ　１cup

本葛粉　１cup

水　７cup

それだけ　＾＾

 

＊　作り方　＊

★鍋に材料を全部入れて弱火にかけます。

木べら（もしくは小さめの泡だて器）で鍋底をこするように

絶えずかき混ぜます。

絶対に目を離さず　手も止めない！！

これだけ守ってください　＾＾

ずっと根気よく混ぜていると

だんだんとろみがついてきます。

手を止めず混ぜ続けましょう　＾＾

生地がもったりして

混ぜたあとに線が残るくらいになったら

火からおろします。

タッパーに流し入れ

上を平らにします。

桶に冷水を入れ

その中にタッパーごと沈めます。

この状態で15分ほど冷ましましょう♪

それから水気を切って

冷蔵庫で冷やします。

あとは食べる前にお皿に盛り付けて

わさびを添えます♪

葉蘭（ハラン）があれば敷きましょう♪

更においしく見えますよ～　＾ｍ＾

あ！　絶対おいしいお醤油で食べてね！！

岡山の岡野醤油の黄色のお醤油がベストですが（笑）

ご自分のお好きなお醤油で召し上がってください　＾＾

ね～♪

超簡単でしょ～？？

プリンやババロアの型に流してもかわいいですね～。

小さく切り分けて　おしゃれに盛り付けてもいいし

写真みたい大きいのをスプーンですくってもいいし♪

口当たりのいい　おいしい胡麻豆腐

まさか自家製だなんて

誰も思いませんよ～　＾ｍ＾

 

さぁ　騙されたと思って

スーパーで練り胡麻と葛粉を買いましょう（笑）

ちびっこから　おじいちゃんおばあちゃんまで

絶対ウケる　おいしさです☆
