お料理が得意で　もっとレパートリーを増やしたい方

前回の教室では

生姜焼きを作りました。

お味噌汁の塩分濃度も測りましたよ　＾＾

この生姜焼き定食のカロリーは

なんとあんぱん１個と同じ！！

いかに菓子パンのカロリーが高いかわかりますね。。。

あんぱん一個じゃお腹は膨れませんが

この生姜焼き定食はボリュームもあって

お腹も満足でした♪

 

さて！

今回のお教室のメニューは

しっぽくうどん

稲荷寿司

天ぷら

（予定です。）

 といわけで

今回はうどん定食の予定だそうです　＾＾

うどんは打ちません（笑）
