３連休　どこか行かれましたか？？

運動会だった方も多いはず　＾＾

私とmireは　お友達と一緒に

ラウンドワンへ行ってきました♪

mireの学校は２学期制なので

金曜日にあゆみ（通知表）をもらったんですよ～

で、予想以上にいい成績だったので

ご褒美ということでラウンドワンへ行ってきました　＾＾

いつもお世話になっているミカリンさんとMちゃんも一緒♪

今まで家ではぜんぜんできなかったローラーブレードが

この日はすんなりできるようになり

とっても楽しそうに何周も周っていました。

私はゲームセンターとか　こういう娯楽施設？が

本当に苦手でして・・・

ラウンドワンもこの日が初めて　＾＾；

絶対３時間も遊べんじゃろーな

と思ってたけど

ぜんぜんそんなことはなかった！

ミカリンと卓球で大汗をかくほど燃え

テニスも久々にやって

それからお昼ご飯を食べながら

みんなでカラオケ

（ミカリンさんの歌はプロ級なの♪♪）

あっという間の３時間でした☆

いつになく　体育の日らしい休日を過ごしたな～♪

でも　次の日からちょっと筋肉痛（笑）

あれだけで？？？っていうくらいしか動いていないのに

筋肉痛。。。。

情けないっす（恥）

 

今日　幼馴染のkouちゃんに

「あんたちょっと太ったな～　顔が丸くなっとる（笑×３）」

と言われたけど　事実だから言い返せなかった。。

おまけにkouちゃんは　なんか顔がほっそりしてたし。

私も負けんように痩せてやる～～～～！！！

明日から朝ヨガ復活じゃ～☆

バリ在住でヨガ歴の長いお友達Nちゃんに

いいＤＶＤもらったし♪

それ見ながら頑張ります！

 

太った原因は　わかっとります！

☆食べ過ぎ☆

これしかない！！

ここんとこ毎日作ってる

 

あんこ焼き

昔ばあちゃんが作ってくれていた

懐かしいおやつ。

小麦粉をお水で溶いて　フライパンで焼き

それにあんこをはさむ

和風なクレープみたいなもの。

それを改良し

生地にシナモンをたっぷり入れ

生地がある程度焼けたところで

まわりにバターをたっぷり落として　表面をカリカリに香ばしく焼く。

それにあんこをはさんで食べる♪

これを毎日食べてるんだから　痩せるわけがないわ。。

mireもこれが大好きで・・・

mireがポチャってきたのは　私のせいかもしれん（反省。。）

 

そしてそして

毎晩食後に食べる梨やアイスも

ちょっと危険信号よね～　＾＾；

食べたぶんだけ動きゃいいんだけど

それがないから　ポチャるんよな～。。。

カロリーが高いジャージーミルクのアイスは

危険よね～～～～　＞＜

 そうそう、このアイス、、、、

棒がついてるバータイプのアイス（６本入り）を買ったつもりが

なぜかカップ（４個入り）を買っていたので　びっくり！！

夜　食後のアイスタイムに　袋をあけて驚いた。

「あ、あれ？？誰が買ったん？このアイス！」

それまでぜーんぜん気がつかんかったとは

恐ろしい。。。

バータイプのアイスじゃないとわかって

家族みんなは大ブーイングの嵐だった　＞＜

「信じれん」　「普通わかるじゃろ！」　「どうやったら間違えれるん？」

いや、私もそう思う（笑）

どうやったらバーとカップを間違えるんじゃろーか？

謎すぎる。。。

 こりゃ体だけじゃなくて脳みそも鍛えなきゃね～！

先ほどは夜分遅くにメールを送ってごめんなさい。。。
来週　いつでもいいですよ～♪楽しみにしております　＾＾

お腹周りってどうしてこんなに簡単に脂肪だらけになるんでしょう？？（笑）
スポーツクラブに足繁く通っていた頃（２年ほど前）は
お腹もスッキリしてて　余分なものはさほどなかったんです。
毎日仕事の前に　主にヨガ　それからエアロやピラティス
週一でスイミングにも通っていました。
でも一番好きなのはヨガだったんです。
びっくりするほど汗が出るので気持ちいい☆
ヨガのポーズや呼吸にだけ集中できて　気分もリフレッシュできました。
早島公民館にも　パワーヨガのサークルができたらいいのに。。。

テニスにも行きたいんですよね～
深砂のクラブ・・・入れてもらえないかな～　＾＾；
ウォーキングは犬の散歩じゃダメですよね（笑）
１時間ぐらい歩かないとダメ？？？

ウチの嫁は、夕食後の必ずと言って良いほど、おやつを食べてます。
未来を映す鏡として見ていただければ危機感もよりリアルなモノになるのでは？（笑）

ミレちゃんインラインスケート出来る様になったんですね。
ウチの物置にも以前使っていたインラインスケートの靴が眠っています。
あれは以外とよい運動になりますが、滑るところがなかなか無いのが残念です。

今日は　ザワザワとおしゃべりしに行ってすみません。
買おうと決めていた　トートバックではなく　ブルーのバケット型のを買ってしまいました。一目ぼれです。
色も深い色で　すっごい気に入りました。ありがとうございます。
ビーズのセット可愛いですね。まだ、ありますか?　そういえば、ホワイトデー用に今から準備しないとね。
あれば　次回こうにゅうしま～～～す。（帰ってきたら　欲しくなりました）
あの後　中庄に戻りマーゴに行って来ました。美味しかったです。
昔からあの建物はあったので　教会なのか？外人英語教室とか？いろいろ書いてあったので　入る勇気がありませんでしたが　おしゃれなところでした。ありがとうございます。

また、バリの雑貨が始まったら行きますね。V(=^‥^=)v

今日はオープンからゆっくりさせて頂きありがとうございました。
子連れで楽しくお買い物ができ、幸せな気分でいっぱいです。帰ってきてお嫁にもらったものを眺めてにんまり(＾O＾)長女は早速ビーズ遊びに夢中。
あ、私ピアスにつけようと考えていたお花飾り二つ、なくて～ベージュのお花残ってましたか（＞＜）取りにいきま～すの距離じゃないから残念～～

こんばんわ。今日はいろいろとお話できて楽しかったです！

仕事で休みがもらえたので、今日こそは絶対に行こうと決めてたのですが、ちょっと緊張も入って、結局町政中心のお話となりましたが、またバリの事とかヨガの事とか教えてくださいね。

私も去年までグンゼのヨガに行ってたのですが、なんだか今年忙しくて、全然行けてません・・・
ホントに、公民館などでヨガ教室ができたらいいなと思います。mireさん、そんなツテはないのですか？？？

次回はビーズ購入とあわせて、ボタンを使ったヘアピンを作るべく、いろいろと探してみようと思いますので、またよろしくお願いしますね♪
