バリのおひるごはん*

バリでのお昼ごはん

必ず注文するのが　この　es juruk エスジュルッ

ちゃんと「tidak kasi gula ya　お砂糖入れないでね」と頼みます。

 

絞ったみかん果汁にお水を混ぜた

みかん水です　＾＾

 

今日は　バリのお昼ごはんをご紹介☆

毎回変わり映えしないお店ばっかりだけど

見てください　＾＾；

21日（火曜日）

ワルン・マランで

nasi cap cay ナシチャップチャイ

ここは本当に安くておいしいお店☆

初日は野菜たっぷりの中華飯にしました。

22日（水曜日）

またまた　ワルン・マランで

koroke　コロケ

酢豚じゃなくて　酢鶏です　＾＾

ここのオーナーはイスラム教徒なので

豚肉メニューは一切ありません。

23日（木曜日）

毎回必ず食べないと気が済まないお店

Warung Mak Beng ワルン・マ・ベン

メニューはひとつだけなので

座って飲み物をオーダーするだけです　＾＾

お魚の出汁が

出すぎぐらい出ているスープ☆

これが　うんまいのなんのって！！

やわらかく煮た　分厚いきゅうりが

「おいしい！」と叫ばずにはいられないほどおいしすぎる～！　＞ｖ＜

アグンのスープと

私のお魚を交換してもらいました♪♪♪

毎回このパターンで　食べたい（笑）

欲を言えば　もうちょっときゅうり多めで　＾＾；

 

24日（金曜日）

デンパサールのパサールブルン（鳥の市場）の近くにある

Pelangi プランギ

ここも毎回行く　おいしいおそば屋さん　＾＾

 

ここでは　エス・ジュルッを頼みません。

必ず　ソーダ・グンビラ（ハッピーソーダ）です♪

大ジョッキ１杯は飲めないけど

おいしいイチゴミルクソーダですよ　＾ｍ＾

いつもは　mie jamur ミー・ジャムール（きのこそば）を注文するんだけど

ちょっと冒険して　mie　chashu　ミー・チャーシュー

チャーシュー麺を注文してみました。

これが　めっっっちゃウマ☆☆☆

なんで今までチャレンジしなかったんだろ？？？

ヤバいです（笑）

日本でチャーシューメンなんて　注文したことないけど

これはスープがあっさりしてるし

しつこくない。

きのこそばには　サンバル（チリソース）を入れるけど

チャーシュー麺には　コショウをたっぷりとふりかけます。

これがまた　いい感じ　＾ｍ＾

ふなさん　これはイケます♪　おススメです☆

また次回　食べに来ます♪♪

25日（土曜日）

サヌールのケンタッキー

 

縫い子さんちで説明が長引いてしまい

アグンにバイクで買ってきてもらいました。

バリのケンタッキーは　日本のよりもおいしい気がする。。。

メニューも豊富だし　ライスもついてます♪

冷たいビールが飲みたかったけど

お仕事中なので　我慢我慢。。。

この子も　我慢我慢　＾ｍ＾

「早く　骨ちょうだい！」って目が訴えてます（笑）

バリ犬って本当に歯が丈夫☆

カニもそのまま　バリバリ食べちゃいます。

歯茎が血だらけになりそう（笑）

このチキンの骨も　バリバリ食べてくれました　＾＾

26日（日曜日）

この日はバニュピナルーだったので

朝はアグンの家で　ナシクニン（黄色いごはん）

お昼はお友達のお母さんに呼ばれて

ナシクニンを食べに行ってきました。

お料理上手なお母さんのナシクニン

やっぱり最高☆

お魚もまるごと１尾ついています♪

ここのお母さんの料理上手は村でも有名☆

なんでも手間を惜しまず丁寧に作るからでしょうね。

お祭りのごはんは　何十人分も作るので

嫁いだ娘や孫たちも　食べに来ていました。

27日（月曜日）

バリで最後のお昼ごはんは

ワルン・バタヴィアで。

ここも毎回行くんです。。。

きのこだのテンぺだの　随分とヘルシーなおかずを選んでます。

私は・・・・

いつもの

soto ayam　ソト・アヤム

インドネシアのチキンスープです。

それから

ちょっと変わったメニューも

チャレンジしてみました　＾＾

お兄さんが青唐辛子２本追加して

辛めのピーナッツソースを作っています♪

　

tahu telor　タフ・テロール

お豆腐入りの卵焼きと茹でもやしに

先ほどの辛い辛いピーナッツソースをたっぷりとかけて

いただきま～す☆

 

バリ料理の揚げものは

とにかくお肉もお魚もディープフライ。。。

おいしいところが全部出ちゃって　カスカスのカチカチ・・・・

ってな感じになるまで　じっくり揚げるんです。

このカッチンコッチンメニュー以外なら

なんでも美味しくいただいています。

また　新たなおいしいメニュー　おいしいお店を開拓しなくちゃ！

仕事ばっかりじゃなくて　もっと食べ歩きの時間がほしいなぁ。。。

きゅうりの煮物ですか・・・・
未知の食べ物だなぁ＾＾

子供の頃、チキンの骨は犬にやるなと教えられた。
骨の砕け方がとんがった状態で、胃や腸を痛めるという理由だった。
本当は大丈夫だったのかな？
それとも、バリ犬が特別？

っていうか　このスープが絶品☆
魚のおいしいところが出汁となってまるごと入っている♪

バリの犬はなんでも食べなきゃ生きていけないっていうか
好き嫌い言ってられないくらい　お腹をすかせている子が
多いんですよ。
鳥の骨も　平気で食べてます。ごちそうだもん♪
