何を作ればいいでしょうかねぇ？？

イカすみリゾット

 

って言ったら

かっこいいけど　＾＾；

実は残りごはんで作った

リゾット風のおじや　＾＾

ちょっと訳あって　大量にご飯をいただいたんです。

大量って　ほんとにすごい量で

mireがやっと担げるくらいの重さでした　＾＾；

多すぎて全部冷凍なんてできないし

毎日せっせと食べるしかありません。。。

で

思いついたのがイカすみリゾット♪

昨日は他にも

ロールキャベツを圧力鍋で煮ました。

キャベツが早く減るメニューと思って作った

ロールキャベツ

意外と量は減らなかった。。。。　＾＾；

ご飯も大量だけど

実はキャベツもたくさんあるんです～～！！　＞＜

大きなキャベツが３玉も！！

家にキャベツがあるって知ってて

ばあばがまた大きいキャベツをもらってきました　＾＾；；

なんでもかんでも　もらってくる悪い癖。。。

ほんとに困ります！（怒）

お漬物やピクルスなら

量も減るかなと思い

粒マスタードを入れた　ピクルスを作りました。

これ　結構おいしかった♪♪

家族にも好評だったし

日もちするから多めに作って正解☆

 

３日前はキャベツまるごと１個使って餃子を作り

次の日（おととい）に　残った餃子で

餃子スープ

ウェイパーを使うので

おいしい中華スープが簡単にできます♪

回鍋肉ならキャベツが減る～～♪って

準備したら

「ありゃ　味噌がないっ！！！」

味噌は自家製味噌だから　売るくらいストックがあるんだけど

倉庫にある大型冷蔵庫から

小分けしておくのを忘れた。。。。

急きょ　変更で

キャベツと豚肉のにんにく醤油炒めに　＾＾；

ご飯もしっかり消費して

チャーハンを作りました。

他にも

じいじの夜食と朝ごはんに

おかゆやお雑炊も作りました。

これだけ作っても　まだまだご飯もキャベツも

なくなりませ～ん　＞＜

 

今日はお好み焼きです（笑）

キャベツと冷ご飯が一気にドバっと消費できるメニュー

誰か教えてください～～♪♪

でも　食べるのも

もう飽きたけど。。。

 

とにかくあと２日ぐらいは

キャベツと冷ご飯を使ったメニューが続きそうです。

我が家では一人4分の1カットは普通に食べちゃうので
あっと言う間にキャベツ2個近く無くなってしまいますよ～　＾＾

でもご飯って案外消費するの大変ですよね＾＾：

ちなみに　私　いか墨を使ったお料理をお家で作ったことありません！
そうそう・・　おじやってどうしてあんなに美味しいの～♪
キャベツって　本当にいろいろ作れそうで　考えているうちに放棄したくなっちゃう（笑）

イカすみは　いつもの無印のペーストです　＾＾
ホントのイカからスミを取りだして作ると　きっと生臭くて
食べられません。。。。。

うちは買い物する人（ばあば）と料理する人（私）が別なんですよ～
買い物も任せてくれたらいいんだけど
買い物でストレス発散しているみたいで
買うなとは言えないんです。。。
