たまご味のプリンレシピ ~石橋からバンジージャンプ*

懐かしい　おいしい

たまご味の　カスタードプリンを作りましょう♪

 

****  カスタードプリン  ****

材料

（プリン液）

＝＝　出来上がりは約1100ccです　＝＝

玉子　Ｍ玉　8コ

牛乳　4カップ

砂糖　1～1.5カップ

バニラエッセンス　数滴

（カラメルソース）

 砂糖　1/2カップ

水　大さじ4杯

（その他）

バターを薄～く　型に塗っておきましょう。

 

作り方

まずカラメルソースを作ります。

小鍋に砂糖と水を入れ　中火にかけてきつね色に焦げ色がついたら

鍋をゆらして全体の色を均等にします。

バターを薄く塗った型に　カラメルを流し入れます。

次にプリン液を作ります。

ボールに卵を割り入れ　できるだけ泡立てないように

卵白と卵黄が混ざるようにときほぐしておきます。

鍋に牛乳と砂糖を入れ　中火にかけて砂糖が溶けたら火を止めます。

先ほどの玉子の入ったボールに液を流し入れ

バニラエッセンスを加えます。

これを布巾や目の細かいざるでこして

口当たりの良いプリン液にします。

これを型に流し入れます。

それから蒸し器の準備をします。

大きめの蒸し器がない場合は　大きめの鍋を代用して

できるだけ大きな鍋を使って蒸しましょう。

湯気が上がったら　プリン液の入った型を入れて蓋をして

弱火とホタル火の間ぐらいの火加減にして20分ほど火にかけ

火を止めてそのまま8～10分ほど蒸らします。

（火加減と蒸し時間は蒸し器の大きさに寄って変わります。）

 

大きなプリンはちびっこが大喜びしますよ♪

いや、大人だってうれしいかも　＾＾

 

耐熱グラスに小分けにして蒸して

フルーツや生クリームでデコレーションしてもいいですね♪

イチゴのサンタさんを飾ったら

クリスマスプリンの完成です☆

 

お砂糖の半分をコンデンスミルクにして

牛乳の分量を半分　生クリームに変えると

もっと濃厚なプリンになりま～す☆

私が今回使った蒸し器は

いつもばあばが山菜おこわを蒸している

大きな蒸し器だったので

蒸し時間を少し多めにしました。

通常は20分ぐらいでいいかと思います。

その後１０分蒸らすしね　＾＾

今年は後半から　本当に谷あり谷あり谷あり・・・の一年でした。

自分でどうにもできないことってあるけど

起こってしまったことは仕方がない。。。

それでもうろたえず　状況や問題を冷静に受け止めながら

前進あるのみです☆

出来ることから一歩一歩また始めます。

 

先日　某所へ納品へ行った時のこと。

石橋を叩きすぎて壊して結局渡れない性格の私に

石橋だろうが蔓が切れかかった縄の橋だろうが

渡ってみなきゃわからないし　渡ってみたい！っていう

行動あるのみって感じの頼もしい性格の某オーナー。。。

彼女にいつも励まされ　喝をいれられ

やる気とパワーをもらっています。

なかなかいません　こんな人　＾＾

私を見ると「3030さんなら絶対出来るよ！」というのが彼女の口癖（笑）

そうかな？私にもできるかな？？

不安だけど

 飛んでみようかな。。。

 

来年は　バンジージャンプにチャレンジします☆

（本物じゃないよ、仕事で・・・ですよ（笑）
