イベントがあると　まともな晩ごはんができず

家族にも迷惑をかけてしまいました。

イベントが終わったということで

ちょっとはまともに作らないとね～。。。

今日は　カレー鍋

お鍋の写真って　ほんとに難しくない？？

どのタイミングで撮ったらいいのかなぁ？

うちのお鍋は　出汁の出るものから順に入れるので

一度に全部をきれいに並べることはない。。。

だから　美しいお鍋の写真は無理　＾＾；

昨日はまぐろサーモン丼

出汁巻きを焼いて　酢飯作って

お刺身と薬味を切っただけ　＾＾；

いいネタが手に入ったし　酢飯がうまくできたし

なんと言っても

この人が大喜びしてくれた♪

  盛り付けはイマイチだけどね～　＾＾；

 

その前の日は

牛蒡じくとお揚げの炒め煮

ちょっと苦みがある牛蒡じくを　甘辛く味付け。

これは　やっすー作のチキンのコーラ煮

１．５リットルのコーラを買っても

飲みきらないくせに

だいたい１．５を買ってくる　やっすー。。。

だから　気の抜けたコーラは

コーラ煮に使用・・・となるのダ☆

 

明日はハンバーグ。

mireが　ファミレスのＣＭで

おいしそうなハンバーグを見て

「食べたい食べたい！」というので

それに決定☆

ハンバーグの上に　缶詰めのパイナップルのせて

「ハワイアンハンバーグよ♪」って言ったら

みんな大ブーイングだろうな～（笑）

うれしいのは　私だけか。。。　＾＾

 

よく酢豚に入ってるパイナップルは邪魔！とか

サラダに入ってる　みかんやリンゴは嫌い！とか

おかずに果物を入れるなんて　ありえん！っていう人が多いけど
