最近のうちごはん

洗濯物が乾きにくいけど

花粉が飛びまわらないので

私にはうれしい雨の日♪

今朝も　お天気悪いですね　＾＾

るんるん♪

 

完熟トマトを１箱買ったので

ビーフストロガノフとブルスケッタを作りました。

mireの大好きな　シーザーサラダもね♪

ビーフストロガノフは圧力鍋で作ります。

水分はトマトと玉ねぎだけ。

たくさん作ったので

次の日の朝はごはんにかけて

それからお昼はビーフドリアにして食べました。

晩ごはんで食べたバケットは

半分をガーリックトーストにして

半分はクリームチーズと　Oさんからもらった金柑バターで

おいしくいただきました♪

これは　ワインに合いますよ　＾ｍ＾

他の日（数日分）の晩ごはんです。

ピーナッツ豆腐ってなんであんなにおいしいの？

子供の頃から大好きでした　＾＾

最近よく食べる　秋刀魚の干物は

お腹の苦いところがおいしい♪

お寿司は２割値引きの　安いお寿司

晩ごはんが作れないときは　こういうのに頼りましょう　＾ｍ＾

右下のは　豚肉　菜の花　こうさいたい　ブロッコリーを茹でて

甘めの辛子酢味噌で和えたもの。

ばあばが農協のお料理教室で習ったものを再現してみました☆

炊きこみごはんとか　まぜごはんが大好きなんだけど

白いごはんが好きな　mireには

うれしくないメニューです。。。

でも　たくさ自然薯を入れて炊いたので

じいじには好評でした　＾＾

唐揚げと天ぷらの日は　みっほーが（食べに）来ていました。

次の日の朝ごはん用にと　大量に揚げた唐揚げと天ぷら・・・

みっほーが残りを持って帰ってしまい

朝　じいじの口に入らず　じいじ激怒。

mireも「唐揚げ　２個しか食べてないのにぃ。。。」と

二人で大ブーイング　＞＜

みっほーに聞いたら

「あたし５個食べたわ♪　残ったらもったいないから＾ｍ＾」

・・・みんな遠慮しながら食べてたのに。

揚げた自然薯と　アスパラもおいしかったです　＾＾

フライドポテトはおまけ♪

なんかよく見ると　大したものを作ってませんね（笑）

レパートリーが少ないにもほどがあります。。。。

昔はもっと手の込んだものを作っていたような気がするけど

最近テンションが上がりません。

って　言い続けてもう何か月？（笑）

今日は鼻もつまってないから

おいしいお菓子を食べて　お仕事開始☆　

鼻がつまってるときにおいしいお菓子食べると

味も風味もよくわからなくて　食べるのもったいないじゃないですか？？

やっと食べられる日が来ました☆

もみじまんじゅうが有名な　広島の

やまだ屋の　桐葉菓　とうようか

京都のあじゃり餅みたいな　もっちりした食感の生地に

あっさり味の小豆あんがぎっしり詰まっています。

もみじまんじゅうよりも　こっちのほうが好きかも♪

広島に行ったらお土産は　これです☆

私はてんぷら粉を使うか　粉１と（冷水＆タマゴ）１で
衣生地を作っています。　で、竹ぐしで刺してみて確認しながら
揚げています。　揚げすぎるとふにゃふにゃでおいしくないですもんね～
だから竹ぐしでチェック☆
