みなさんお久しぶり　＾＾

 

昨日は町内会の交流会で

公民館がカフェに大変身☆

栄養委員としての活動で

バレンタインカフェを企画しました。

 

 

でもひとりでは何も出来ないので、、

わがまま言って　同じ町内会のお友達に協力してもらい

とっても素敵な企画ができました♪

私は超簡単ガトーショコラとスイートポテト

愛育委員のイズミさんは2色のパンナコッタ

ご協力いただいた久美子さんとマユさんには

黒ごまきなこのシフォンケーキと

抹茶のスノーボールを作ってもらいました♪

参加者は約６０名だったので

作る量もすごかった　＾＾；

 

mireのお友達なるみちゃんも

スプーン・フォーク・ナプキンのセッティングを

頑張ってくれて　とっても助かりました♪

うちのmireは・・・

お友達と一緒に遊園地へ行っておりました。。

 

公民館がカフェになる。。

初の試みでしたが

地域のみなさんに喜んでいただけて

本当にうれしかったです♪

私はウエイトレス係　＾ｍ＾

 

みなさんおしゃべりに花が咲き

とっても賑やかでしたよ♪

楽しんでもらえてよかった。

ファミリーで来てくださった方もたくさん　＾＾

ちびっこには食べ切れないくらいのボリュームでした。

 

盛り付けも美しく　手を抜かず。。

これにコーヒーか紅茶が２杯ついて

１００円ですよ♪

 

今回は２月の交流会ということもあり

バレンタインカフェにしましたが

次回は公民館でモーニング♪を企画中　＾ｍ＾

サンドイッチがいい！とリクエストをいただいたので

いろいろ検討してみたいと思います。

楽しかったけど疲れ果てて帰宅して・・・

誰が天ぷらなんか揚げたいもんか！　＞＜

できればうどんぐらいで済ませようと思っていたのに

ばあばが天ぷらをリクエスト（涙）

材料がすでに用意されとった　（T_T）

えーーーー！　こんなにどっぷり疲れてる日に～

どうして天ぷらなんだよ～～　＞＜

いじめ？　拷問？

仕方なく油の用意をして

とりあえずビールを一本飲んでから

揚げましたわ。。

今日はうどんぐらいで勘弁してくれ～って思ってたけど

じいじが天ぷらを食べながら

「今日はお昼うどんじゃったからな、

あとて天丼にしてもらおう♪」

 

・・・・よかった　＾＾；

うどんにしてたら　叱られるところじゃった（汗）

バリから帰国されてどうされてるのかなぁ～・・・と思っていたら
とっても素敵なイベントをされていたのですね♪
私は神戸に転居してしまったので
これからはオンラインショップを利用させてもらいますね。

ところで、スノーボールがまん丸に焼きあがっているのを見て、
すごい～と思いました。
バレンタインデーに子どもと作ったら、ぺちゃんこになってしまい
そばぼうろ？みたいになってしまいました><
お忙しいとは思いつつ ぜひコツを知りたいので
教えてください^^;
