山盛り作った　春雨の中華風酢の物

ほとんどひとりで　mireが食べてしまいました。。

「好き」にもほどがあります。。。

最近ぽっちゃり気味のmire...

満腹中枢がおかしいのか？？？

果てしなく満たされない食欲を抑えることができず

ひたすらもぐもぐむしゃむしゃ

口いっぱいに食べ物を放り込んで

まるでリスの食事風景みたい　＾＾；

週末ともなると　更にパワーアップしたダイソンの掃除機のごとく

なんでもかんでも　片っぱしから吸い込む吸い込む（笑）

いや、、、

笑いごとではない！

りくろーのチーズケーキ２切れと　白十字のプリンひとつ

それから抹茶アイスもなかを１袋

日曜日のおやつはこれだけでやめさせた。

これ以外にもまだ食べ足りないようで

こっそりもう一切れチーズケーキを食べようとしていたのだ、あの9歳は。。。

「ちょっとちょっと！誰が食べていいって言った？？それで３つ目じゃろ！（怒じゃなくて呆）」

「げげ！バレたか　＾＾；」

（バレたか、、じゃねーーーーし。　－公－；）

いったいどこへ向かっているのか・・・

うちの９歳は。

よく「食べたいだけ食べさせればいいんよ♪」

「mireちゃん、太ってないじゃん」

「中学生ぐらいになったら痩せるから大丈夫！」

人ごとたと思ってそう言っているのか・・・

それとも　ほんとにそうなのか・・・

よそ様は口をそろえて大丈夫！ノープロブレム！と言うけれど

母はそうは思わんのです。。。

 どう考えてもケーキ３つはダメでしょ（笑）

みんなは知らない。。

mireが股ずれして　カットバンＬサイズを２枚

股の間に貼っていることを。　＞＜

もともとＸ脚なので　太ると股が擦れる。

だから太ったらすぐわかるし

太ってはいけないのだよ。。。

ここんとこ晩ごはんの写真もあまりとっていないので

こんなのしかありませんが

毎日塩麹三昧♪

なんでもかんでも塩麹を投入しております。

今　ショコリ－ゼさんに教えてもらった

豆腐の塩麹漬けを仕込み中☆

あと数日で食べられます♪♪

豆腐がまるでチーズのように変身するらしいので

いいおつまみんびなりそうですね♪　＾ｍ＾

ばあばはお友達にあげる塩麹を作ったり

昨夜は納豆麹を仕込んでいました。

最近　ずっとブログもＦＢも放置。。。

とりあえず夜になったらＰＣは開くんだけど

なんせ　ネタがなにひとつない！！！

「今日〇〇へ行ってきました。　楽しかったです。　おわり」

みたいな　小学校低学年の日記みたいなことしか書けない。

＆　何も書きたいことが浮かばない（笑）

そろそろこのブログも　ホタルの光が流れて来そうな感じです。。。

画像の使用領域も　そろそろいっぱいになるしね～

どうしようかな。。。

ビーズセットのセッティング作業は

心やさしいmomoさんが　ほとんど一人でやってくれて

私は上のトッピングを載せて　蓋を閉めてテープを巻くだけ♪

それも面倒だったけど（笑）

なんとか終了しました。

それにパクパク食べるのって気持ちいいじゃない？
１５、６歳になったら気をつけないと年頃で
太っちゃうけど。

はじめまして。いつも楽しく拝見してます。
一度、お店の方にもお邪魔したことがあります。
今日の、陶芸教室申し込みたかったですが、会社の
休みを取れず、もたもたしているうちに締め切りになっちゃいました～。

それといつも、Ｍｉｒｅちゃんの食欲に驚かされています。
初めてコメントするくせに、おせかいな人だと思われるのを承知で
言わせて下さい。甘い物と外食は体に良くないと思います。
今すぐには、影響はなくとも将来に何らかの影響はあるのかと・・・
育ち盛りに正しい食事をしておかないと、と私も９歳の息子と８歳の
娘がいますので気を付けるようにしてます。
他の方のコメントで大丈夫だよって・・・私なら言えないです。
よ～く噛んで食べさせないと満腹感が得られないので、食べ過ぎになり
それがくせになります。私は、よーく噛んで食べるようになり、胃痛が無くなり痩せましたよ～。って、ほんと余計なおせっかいコメントですみません。
いつも拝見しているので、つい私の方が勝手に親近感を覚え上から目線で
失礼しました。もちろん、食べてくれるのは良いことですよね。

それは何度かお会いしているので　見ればよ～くわかります♪

エリサちゃんのことも　しっかりきちんとケアしていて
素敵な親子だな～と　いつも羨ましく思います。
だから謝らないでね～。

確かに　ごはんが食べられるのは　幸せなことですね。
言われると　そういうことも気がつきます。。。
昔はmireが細い細いガリガリだってみんなに言われ
挙句の果てには姑にかなり嫌みを言われた時期もありました。
その頃も　すっごい食欲だったんですよ～
なのにちっとも太らなくて　悩んだ時期もあったなぁ。
今となっては懐かしい思い出になりましたけどね。。。

それにしてもすごい食欲なんですよ（笑）
確かに見てるとおいしそうに食べてくれるんで　気持ちいいですね（笑）

私もいけないんです。。。手抜きして大皿に盛るから
食べる量が増えるんだろうな。。　＾＾；
反省反省！　できるだけ一人ずつお皿に盛るように努力しなくちゃ！

あ、ごはんも喉を通らないくらい　恋をすれば

実は・・・なんだかんだで（？）　まだセロテープを貼っていないのが
そのまま残っております　＾＾；
毎日少しずつ仕上げてるんだけど　山陽新聞に載ったおかげで
毎日お客様からお問い合わせ（お店までの道順）が多くて。。。
なかなかビーズに集中できませぬ。

大人のビーズセットは　かなりシンプルですよ。
買う人いるかな～（笑）

それはそうと　今日は残念でしたね～　＾ｍ＾
先週来てたら確認し合って帰ったから　失敗しなかったけど。。。
来週は5時20分頃に１Ｆのカウンター前に集合☆
