「ランチでも♪」

と誘われて

久々の　つねまつです　＾ｍ＾

ビーフカツのソースが

ウマい!!!最高☆

この味は　昔から変わらないなぁ　＾＾

冬休み中に　mireと一緒に

またランチに行こうっと♪

中庄のつねまつ

おいしい肉系ランチが食べたい人には　おススメ☆

かなり久しぶりに

高校の同級生　なおちゃんが

coieに来てくれました。

おいしいチョコのタルト　ごちそうさま♪

なおちゃんは・・・

なおこでもなく　なおみ・・・でもなく　なおでもない。。

名前に「なお」はつかないけど　なおちゃん（笑）

まぁ　本人の名誉のためにここまでしか説明しませんが

まぁ　私たち同級生は「なおちゃん」と呼んでいるのであります。

そのなおちゃんは

岡山のシニア向けフリーペーパー「シニアナビ」の編集長さん　＾＾

毎日忙しく　岡山中を飛び回り

（ハンバーガーじゃない方の）マックを自由自在に使いこなす

なんでもやっちゃう　出来る女なのですよ。。。

今日も　まったくド素人の3030の質問に

わかりやすく　いろいろ答えてくれたのであります。

困った時は　なおちゃんに聞くべし！

と　頼りにしきっている3030です（笑）

そのなおちゃんですが、、、

どうやら彼女は今日　ゴルフへ行っているらしい。。。

いつからゴルフなんぞ始めたんじゃろ？？？

今日で学校も終わり

明日から冬休みに突入です。

今回の冬休みは　かなり長い。。。

３週間近くもあるので　昼ごはんを作るのが

正直面倒です（笑）

本当なら２４からバリへ行くはずだったのに

アグンのせいで延期　＞＜

１月に行くことになりそうです。

というわけで

今年もお節の支度をせねばならず

また３１日は　家族大戦争の予感。。。

あ～～～やだやだ（溜息Ｘ１０）

その前にクリスマスもあるなぁ～～

mireじゃないけど

私も「うちにもミタさんがいたらな～」って思っちゃう。。

最近　mireにちょっとお手伝いを頼むと

「あ～あ　うちにもミタさんがおったらなぁ～」って

事あるごとに言うんですよね～（笑）

ミタさんみたいに　「承知しました」って

なんでもかんでも言わなくてもいいけど

やっぱり素直に「はい」って　mireも言ってほしいもんです。。

サンタさんからも　お願いしてもらおうっと（笑）

サンタさん！　ウォークマンはいらないから

素直に「はい」と言える子にしてください☆（笑）

そうそう、

先日個人懇談があったんですが

担任の先生から

歯が浮きそうなくらい　たくさん褒めてもらって

なんか　顔が引きつりそうでした（笑）

学校では頑張ってるんですね。。。

（家では・・・・　＾＾；）

もみの木のリース☆

junちゃんちにおじゃましたら

すごく素敵に　リビングに飾ってありました♪

みなさん　冬の肌のお手入れ

何を使ってますか？？

私はシアバターを使っています♪

mireはシアバターと皮膚科でもらった保湿クリームと

それから　これ　↓

手作りの柚子化粧水　＾＾

柚子の種をホワイトリカーに漬けて

毎日一度は必ず　振り振りします♪

種のまわりについてる「ペクチン」が

ぬるぬるするんですよね　＾＾

だからちょっととろみのある化粧水になります。

2週間ぐらい漬けこんで

種を取り除いたら出来上がり☆

この化粧水のおかげで乾燥肌のmireが

しっとりつるんつるんになるんですよ♪

冬になるとmireはすごい乾燥肌で

お尻や太ももが　ガサガサ　＞＜

痒いからかきむしって

傷だらけになってしまうので

毎日お風呂にウルモアを入れ

お風呂上がりに　必ず保湿クリームや

シアバターを塗ります。

これを２日でもサボると

またガサガサのお尻に戻るので

毎日続けることが大事なんよなぁ。。。。

さて

coieも明日が最後の営業日☆

来年はいつから開けるか・・・・

まだ未定ですが

いろいろ企画展やおけいこも

続けて参りますので

最近、お腹周りのみ乾燥肌になったようで、
かゆい～
ますます、巨大化している我が腹・・・・
大きさだけなら、うそっきーさんといい勝負（笑）
美しさはまるで違うけどね（笑）
綺麗だったでしょ＾＾
