おでかけ三昧 ゴーヤ三昧*

 

今日は地元の同級生２人を誘っておでかけ♪

 

おいしいピザを食べようと出かけた先は

これまた地元の同級生のお店　＾＾

芸文館前にあるpizzeria CONOです。

 

 

オープンの日に近くを通った時

コじゃれた店ができてるな～と

気にはなっていたんだけど

それがまさか同級生Kくんのお店だったとは。。。

うちの自宅ショップに遊びにきてくれた　同級生B月園のKちゃんから

あの店がKくんのお店だと聞かされ　びっくり！

これはやっぱり同級生と一緒に行ってみなくては！と思い

同級生で　同じテニス部だった

幸せ社長夫人「Ｙ」

そしてもう一人は

同じく同級生で　学年で1or2を争うモテ女

でもってKくんの元〇〇だった「Ｓ」。

この二人と一緒に CONOへ行ってきたというわけ　＾＾

 

３人集まったのは１年ぶり？？

しゃべるの＆食べるのに夢中で

あんまりいい写真が撮れなかったので

さすが石窯で焼いたピザはおいしいね♪

４種類のチーズのピザは　あんまりしょっぱくなくて

生地ももちもちで

とってもおいしかったです☆

欲を言うなら　キリリと冷えた白ワインかビールがほしい。。。

（店内でスーパードライを飲んでる人がいたなぁ（羨）

おいしいアイスコーヒーが２１０円なのはうれしい♪

これなら２杯飲んでもいいよね～　＾＾

安富牧場のジェラートも６種類ありましたよ。

今日はKくんからサービスでもらっちゃった♪

（Ｓが一緒に行ったからね　＾＾）

安富のジェラートは　おいしいに決まってるでしょ☆

だってうちの親戚だからね～（笑）　＾ｍ＾

 

きっとオープンしたての頃より　おいしくなってると思うので

 みなさんも倉敷へ行ったら　CONOですよ～♪

芸文館のパーキング入り口の斜め向かいにあります。

（店の中が見えない珍味屋さんの向かいです。）

 

今度は合唱団のレッスンのあと

mireを連れて行ってみようかな♪

 

晩は　いつもの両国　＾＾

にら餃子が絶品☆

両国の餃子はいつもおいしいけど

このニラ餃子は　ウマすぎる！！

具の量　かたさ　味付け　焼き加減

すべていい感じ♪

 

本日最後の一皿を３０３０家４人でわけわけ。。。

あ～　もっともっと食べたかったよ～（涙）

なかなか料理熱があがらず

相変わらず淋しい晩ごはんが続いております。

どうして作る気にならんのか？と考えていて

原因がわかった。

 

これだよ、これ　↑　↑　↑

ゴーヤのおかかレモン醤油ですよ～。

 

私の朝＆昼ごはん＆おやつは

このゴーヤ　＾＾

冷蔵庫には欠かさずこれを作り置きして冷やしている。

これを毎日お腹いっぱい食べているので

常に満腹状態。。。

これが原因でごはんを作る気にならないような気がする　＾＾；

昨年MORIHANAさんのブログでみたレシピを元に

ゴーヤの季節はずっとこれを作り続け

一人で毎日食べ続けております。

なぜか　ぜんぜん飽きないんだよね～

完全にハマっている３０３０でございます　＾＾

 

先日ご近所さんからいただいたゴーヤは

肉厚で色が濃く　瑞々しくてシャキシャキ☆

そして　なぜなのか　まったくぜんぜん苦くない ！

なんていう種類のゴーヤなのか　ご近所さんに聞かなくちゃ！

来年の夏はそれを植えてみよう☆

 

ゴーヤのわたと種を丁寧に取り除き

それからお塩をすり込んでから切って

シャキシャキの歯ごたえが残るように　さっと茹でる。

それからおかかとお醤油と

レモン汁（あればスダチやカボス）を加えて和える。

よく冷やして食べると　さらにおいしい♪♪

 

もっと他にもおいしい食べ方ってある？？？

ゴーヤチャンプルはあまり好きじゃないので

それ以外で何かおいしいゴーヤレシピをご存知の方

教えて下さい　＾ｍ＾

頼もしい職人さんたちは皆お祭りのために故郷へ帰省中。

というわけで

当分バリでの仕事が進まないので

私は新しいお店の看板でも描こーっと☆

バナナとフルーツの缶詰で作りました。

季節は戻り春。実家の父が姉に『(姉宅の)近所の道の駅でキュウリの苗を６つほど買ってきてくれぃ』そのうち３つはゴーヤの苗だった。苗の段階で見分けがつかない程似てるのかな？今は母がゴーヤのレシピに悩んでます(^_^;)
