今日で７歳になりました☆

お誕生日の晩ごはんは

両国で　＾ｍ＾

みんながお祝いしてくれました～♪

 

朝　「今日の晩ごはん何が食べたい？」って聞いたら

「うーーーん・・・焼き鳥～♪」

おうちで焼き鳥かぁ・・・と思ったら

「お店の焼き鳥～～！」っていうので

両国に来たというわけです　＾＾；

いつも2本なのに

今日はお誕生日だから

好きなだけどーぞ☆

先におでんを食べちゃったから

やっぱり２本でいいや　＾＾；

両国美人女将　トラちゃんに

ロールケーキもらったし～～♪って

男ロールじゃん　＞０＜

カンさんと山ちゃん　ワンちゃんに

絵を描いてもらったりして

たくさん遊んでもらいました　＾＾♪

 

お腹がいっぱいになって

走っておうちへ帰り

パーーーン☆

おめでとーーーー！！！

今日で７歳になりました　＾＾

ここまでくるのに　いろいろあったけど

過ぎてみれば　あっという間だったなぁ。。。

でもまだ７年しか生きてないんですよね～

（それでこんなに生意気なのは　なんで？？？）

まだまだ先は長～～～い　＾＾

このお誕生日ケーキ

mireのリクエストの　ベイクドチーズケーキ☆

 

私が作ったんじゃなくて

mireが一生懸命作りました　＾＾

ではでは

mireのお手製ベイクドチーズケーキの作り方

はじまりはじまり～～～～～♪♪

お砂糖を９０ｇ計って

フードプロセッサーに入れます。

生クリーム２００ｍｌを

加えます。

小麦粉は　大さじすりきれ３杯

ちゃんと計って入れましょう♪

卵は２つ

殻が入らないようにね～　＾＾♪

クリームチーズ２５０ｇは

細かく切って入れます。

楽しいな～～～♪♪

でも手を切らないようにね！

レモン汁は大さじ２杯弱

すっぱいの嫌だから

ちょっと減らそうっと　＾＾

蓋を閉めて

均等に混ざるまで

よ～～～～～～く　混ぜましょう☆

ウィ～～～～～～～～ン

おっと

型に敷く紙を作るのを忘れてました　＾＾

えんぴつで型取って

大きめに切ってから

まわりに切れ込みをいれます。

出来上がったら型に敷いて

生地を流します。

ゴムべらで残さずきれいにとって

全部入れましょう☆

生地を入れたら

型をゆすって

トン！と落として　空気を抜きます。

さあ

焼きますよ～～～♪

170度に余熱しておいたオーブンの下段に入れて

４５～５０分にセット☆

スイッチ　ＯＮ！

あとは焼けるのを待つだけで～～す　＾＾

 

おいしそうにふくらんできて

キッチン中　おいしそうなにおいが充満☆

ベイクドチーズケーキの

できあがり～～～☆

昨日一日遊んだ分

今日は午前中しっかり仕事して

午後から　銀行・郵便局をまわり

13:30　小学校へ。

今日は学校開放の日なので

自由に好きな時間に好きなだけ

参観できるんです。

学校では　生徒にまじって掃除して

５時間目の音楽の授業を参観。

下校時間までいたので

結局お誕生日ケーキも焼けず。。。

mireのリクエストとはいえ

両国でご飯も済ませたし

ママ的には　手抜きのお誕生日でした。

 昔みたいに　盛大なパーティーが出来なくて

ごめんね～　＾＾；；

 

 

でも

また明日もお誕生日会の「後夜祭」があるのだ。。。＾＾
